We are a reseller of the Oliveros cigar line, as well as over 200 other brands of cigars. Before you click the link below to contact us, please note the following:

1) We do not ship to Canada, please don’t ask.  It is a restriction in your country that does not allow tobacco shipments direct to the end consumer... Canadian Law!

2) We do not ship to minors, its against the law... even IF someone “of age” buys them!

3) Quality concerns pertaining to your purchase from any other vendor, including your “local” store, should be addressed to where you made the purchase. We only guarantee products that we sell to our customers. We have strict quality controls on our inventory and cannot replace damaged items that some other vendor sold you.

4) All sales are online via our secure shopping cart system. Age checks are required for new customers and is performed electronically based on the information you enter for the order. Should you have any questions concerning your order, or ordering online with our company, please feel free to email us, or call us at 724-657-0512.  For those customers who are uneasy about ordering online, we do have a toll-free fax line setup where you may fax your order 877-460-2992.

5) We are NOT the manufacturer of Oliveros Cigars cigars.

6) MILITARY APO / FPO shipments are welcome!!
If you are not military, we do NOT ship cigars outside of the USA.

Shipping Information
All orders are sent via the US Postal Service by Priority Mail or Express Mail. Most Priority Mail orders arrive in 2-5 business days, depending on where you live.  Express Mail is a guaranteed service which is normally overnight, but in some cases a 2-day service.  Sunday/Holiday delivery is not available in all areas and is dependent on the US Postal Services available in your area.
